Lead a production department in an industrial manufacturing company, managing teams and ensuring production plans, quality, efficiency, safety, and organizational discipline are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and lead department employees and team leaders.
- Ensure production plans are met while maintaining quality, efficiency, safety, and organizational discipline.
- Coordinate with planning, quality, logistics, and other cross-functional departments.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and increase production output.
- Drive operational efficiency and process improvement.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing teams in an industrial manufacturing company is required.
- Strong employee management and motivation skills, with the ability to meet production, quality, safety, and schedule targets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Willingness to work occasional overtime twice a week and Fridays when required.
