Lead multidisciplinary radar development programs for advanced driver assistance and autonomous driving applications. Coordinate concurrent activities across VLSI, RF, systems, hardware, algorithms, software, and validation teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and lead projects through all development phases
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and stakeholders
- Track concurrent development activities and program progress
- Identify technical and execution risks and drive mitigation solutions
- Ensure delivery on schedule, within budget, and against KPIs
- Report program status to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
- At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager
- At least 7 years of experience in system design, architecture, or verification
- Fluent English and Hebrew
- Strong leadership, management, collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to explain complex technical and program situations to varied audiences
Nice to have
- Experience with VLSI, RF, hardware, or software development
