Senior Project Manager, Strategy and Business Enablement
Lead strategic projects and business enablement initiatives from planning through close-out. Work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes, strengthen governance, and improve project practices. The role is fully remote and based in Israel.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects, programs, and business enablement initiatives from initiation through close-out
- Define project objectives, scope, success measures, schedules, governance, dependencies, and delivery plans
- Facilitate discovery, requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and solution definition
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, change requests, and competing priorities; advise sponsors and governance groups
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, leaders, experts, vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders
- Prepare executive updates, status reports, risk assessments, options, recommendations, and decision materials
- Support Agile and hybrid delivery through backlog and roadmap management, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coordinate workstreams such as communications, marketing, digital, content, events, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement
- Improve project delivery practices, governance, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement
- Coach teams and stakeholders on project delivery, governance, and collaboration
Requirements
- At least three years leading projects, programs, organizational change, or business transformation; five to eight years of overall business experience
- Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent
- Experience across the full project lifecycle, including planning, delivery, monitoring, and close-out
- Experience with requirements gathering, business analysis, scope definition, discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping
- Ability to manage dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, constraints, and change requests
- Experience with Agile, hybrid, and traditional project methods, including backlog, roadmap, and sprint planning and retrospectives
- Understanding of project governance, executive decision support, organizational change, and business transformation
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders
- Strong communication, presentation, reporting, analytical, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project management, scheduling, reporting, collaboration, and backlog tools
Nice to have
- Post-secondary education in project management, business administration, marketing, commerce, communications, journalism, digital media, or a related field
