Lead integrated logistics support (ILS) projects from marketing through end-of-life, defining maintenance concepts, spare parts, and documentation, while managing budgets, proposals, and customer training.
Responsibilities
- Lead ILS projects from marketing stage through end of project life.
- Participate in design reviews and influence design for maintainability.
- Define and prepare customer-adapted maintenance concept (ILS plan) and repair level recommendations.
- Characterize spare parts and support equipment for various projects with clients.
- Calculate, define, and supply spare parts based on system reliability analyses.
- Lead writing responses to proposals (SOW) on ILS topics.
- Take overall responsibility for issuing price quotes for ILS components, maintenance centers, and transferring maintenance capabilities to customers.
- Characterize and write ILS documents.
- Ensure supply of ILS components within schedule and budget.
- Manage documentation and training systems with domestic and international clients.
- Support maintenance implementation at customer site, including maintenance contract, training, and establishment of maintenance setup.
- Work with multiple interfaces such as clients, subcontractors, engineering teams, and business project managers.
Requirements
- Engineer/technician in electronics, electrical, mechanical, industrial, or management.
- At least 4 years of experience in ILS and system maintenance (mandatory).
- Background in technical translation and editing of technical and marketing documentation (SOW documents, customer surveys, price quotes, etc.) (mandatory).
- Experience working with clients (mandatory).
- Willingness to travel abroad (mandatory).
- High level of English (mandatory).
Nice to have
- Experience in ILS and system maintenance in military service (significant advantage).
