Seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a challenging defense program for a foreign client, from contract signing to delivery. Responsibilities include managing milestones, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams, with travel abroad. Requires engineering degree and 5+ years experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a challenging program in electronic warfare systems from contract signing to delivery to the client.
- Control execution of milestones.
- Lead meetings, tests, and surveys in Israel and abroad.
- Ongoing management of subcontractors in Israel and abroad.
- Provide systemic and managerial solutions to the client.
- Matrix leadership across relevant disciplines (systems engineering, software, mechanics, hardware).
- Manage and control work plans, procurement processes, supply, and project risk management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or Computer Science - mandatory.
- At least 5 years of experience in business project management - mandatory.
- Proven experience managing projects with a financial scope of tens of millions of dollars.
- Experience in ground/airborne platforms - mandatory.
- Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Willingness to travel abroad - mandatory.
Nice to have
- Good command of Russian (speaking, reading, and writing) - significant advantage.
- Proficiency in additional foreign languages.
