Oversee end-to-end development of advanced power and cooling systems for defense and intelligence applications. Lead matrix teams across hardware, software, and mechanics disciplines. Manage subcontractors, procurement, risk, and client relationships. Conduct trials and surveys domestically and abroad.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects end-to-end, from contract signing to customer delivery
- Lead matrix teams across hardware, software, and mechanics disciplines
- Oversee subcontractor management and procurement processes
- Conduct trials and surveys in Israel and abroad
- Manage work packages, procurement, and risk management
- Maintain business and system customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in systemic projects
- High-level English proficiency
- Willingness to travel abroad and work overtime
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
- Experience in defense or technology companies
- Experience in projects with overseas manufacturers
