Lead development and production projects for military ground and naval systems, managing engineering teams, budgets, and subcontractors while serving as primary client contact and overseeing product lifecycle support.
Responsibilities
- Manage development and production projects for military ground and naval systems.
- Lead matrix teams of system engineers and subcontractors.
- Manage budget, milestones, and project goals.
- Act as POC for the prime contractor and clients in Israel and abroad.
- Oversee the full ILS package throughout the product lifecycle.
- Prepare proposals and support marketing and procurement.
- Ensure compliance with requirements and conduct proof and operational tests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (required).
- At least 3 years of project management experience.
- Practical experience in development and installation of military systems.
- High level technical English (speaking and writing).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (significant advantage).
