Experienced Project Manager leading complex, large-scale technological projects globally in smart cities, homeland security, cyber, and intelligence. Expertise in budget control, supplier management, and client relations. Proven track record with government and municipal bodies. Proficient in Waterfall, Agile, Lean methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead all project stages: setup, planning, execution, and budget control.
- Prepare technical specifications, manage suppliers, negotiate, and issue purchase orders.
- Track budget vs. actual performance and ensure profitability.
- Lead project kickoffs and prepare professional documentation (SRR, SOW, PDR, CDR).
- Define requirements, provide technical guidance, and conduct demonstrations for external clients.
- Present project status and progress to management.
- Develop and consolidate project plans, including milestones, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee BOM and execution specifications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing technological projects with government/municipal bodies.
- Global project management experience.
- Proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, Lean methodologies.
- Strong budget management and profitability skills.
- Excellent command of English for international stakeholders.
- Proficiency in preparing execution specifications and bills of quantities.
- Relevant academic degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Nice to have
- Experience in HLS (homeland security) projects.
- Experience with Priority, Excel, MS Project, Gantt.
