Lead the planning and execution of a mission aircraft project, managing budget, schedule, risk, and customer relationships to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a business project for a mission aircraft from planning to delivery to the client
- Manage and respond to customer needs, building long-term working relationships
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal business interfaces and external contractors
- Plan schedules, manage budgets, and ensure achievement of objectives
- Measure and evaluate project performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 5 years of experience as a project manager or chief system engineer in a development project
- Skills in planning, budget management, goal setting, and performance
- Ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills
- Analytical skills and business acumen
- Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience working with customers and managing client relationships
