Lead complex programs for electro-optical/infrared payload products from contract award through delivery and customer support. Manage program plans, resources, risks, and execution across engineering, manufacturing, and operations. Drive product transition from development to production and identify business development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle programs from contract award to delivery and support
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage program plans, resources, risks, and execution
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities
- Lead complex multidisciplinary programs across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain
- Lead product transition from development to production, including industrialization and ramp-up
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or exact sciences
- Experience leading complex projects, programs, or multidisciplinary systems
- Strong presentation and technical writing skills
- Customer-facing experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams
- Business development orientation
- High level of English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel abroad
Nice to have
- Experience transferring products from development to production
- Experience in electro-optical systems/products
- Familiarity with observation, designation, and target acquisition systems
