Seeking a Program Manager to lead defense programs in artillery and platforms, responsible for contract fulfillment, customer relations, and cross-functional coordination from proposal to ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Manage contracts and deliveries to customers and company management.
- Lead programs from proposal through implementation, delivery, and ongoing support.
- Develop and maintain trust-based customer relationships.
- Identify and initiate marketing and business development opportunities.
- Coordinate matrix management across development, production, and procurement.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and engage.
- Show responsibility, thoroughness, diligence, multitasking, self-motivation, and high task orientation.
- Understand technology in the professional domain (tanks).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or Economics.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing system projects / complex processes.
- Experience in delivering presentations and writing technical and managerial documents.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full command of Hebrew and English.
