Lead a complex technology program for a large-scale enterprise in banking and financial services, coordinating multiple teams, owning program governance and roadmap, and driving delivery from planning through execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead a complex technology program from planning through delivery
- Coordinate multiple teams, workstreams, stakeholders, and dependencies
- Own program governance, roadmap, risks, dependencies, and delivery planning
- Work closely with technology, architecture, delivery, and business stakeholders
- Track milestones, deliverables, and overall program progress
- Identify risks and blockers and drive their resolution
- Provide clear visibility and status updates to senior stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex technology programs in an Enterprise environment
- Strong Program / Delivery Management experience
- Experience with governance, roadmaps, dependencies, and risk management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in complex technology environments
Nice to have
- Experience in banking or financial services
- Experience in consulting or a multi-customer environment
