New Partner & Product Integration Lead
Senior project management professional responsible for leading global partner and product integration initiatives, ensuring seamless onboarding and launch readiness across functions and geographies in the pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the global New Partner and Product Integration framework, including governance, playbooks, and trackers.
- Act as central PMO lead for all new partner integrations, ensuring disciplined planning and execution.
- Lead cross-functional NPPI Steering Committees and Working Groups to align Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, IT, and Legal teams.
- Design end-to-end NPPI roadmaps covering commercial, medical, regulatory, supply, quality, IT/data, and financial readiness.
- Define and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and success metrics to track NPI progress and risks.
- Facilitate readiness reviews, risk assessments, and challenge sessions at key milestones.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and updating best practices.
- Serve as senior interface for internal leadership and external partners, delivering executive updates.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in leading complex multi-country, cross-functional initiatives in pharma/biotech, with exposure to partnerships or in-licensing.
- Advanced PMO and program management capabilities, including planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting.
- Strong analytical and structural thinking skills to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
- Global mindset with experience operating across diverse geographies (EU/CEE, APAC, LATAM).
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to align senior stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving orientation, and proactive mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to lead without formal authority in matrixed organizations.
- University degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, business, or related field.
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in innovative pharma/biotech with focus on NPI and partnership integration as global PMO.
- Fluency in English.

- Experience with Technical Operations (Regulatory, Supply Chain, QA, Pharmacovigilance) and Medical, Commercial, Finance.
