Responsible for leading complex microwave radar hardware projects. Oversee the full project lifecycle from engineering surveys and development to serial production. Manage matrix teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Ensure risk management, schedule adherence, quality, and budget control.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage hardware projects in the microwave field for radar systems, including matrix management of various engineering disciplines.
- Drive all project phases from evolution and engineering surveys, through specification and development, prototype delivery, to serial production (PRR).
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders, manage risks, and meet schedule, quality, and budget targets.
- Provide technological leadership throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience leading complex technological projects in a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Experience in matrix leadership.
- Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ability to manage risks, work plans, and schedules.
