Lead strategic healthcare projects and partnerships to improve patient journeys, collaborating with stakeholders across the health ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Map and identify challenges and opportunities to improve patient care within strategic therapeutic areas.
- Build professional relationships and lead collaborations with health system stakeholders including HMOs, hospitals, and government bodies.
- Manage projects and partnerships to deliver holistic and innovative health solutions.
- Connect medical information, initiatives, and people within local and global health ecosystems.
- Work in a matrix environment to leverage and share information across teams.
Requirements
- Degree in life sciences or health professions (medicine, pharmacy, nursing, etc.).
- High level of Hebrew and English.
- Ability to learn therapeutic areas and build long-term professional relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, and affinity for digital health and innovation.
- Strong self-management, matrix teamwork, and process-driving skills.
Nice to have
- Additional degree in health systems management, business administration, or industrial engineering.
- Experience in the public health system.
