Seeking a Global Project Manager to lead operational coordination across international sites for a defense technology company. Responsibilities include managing S&OP processes, material allocation, capacity planning, and driving cross-functional improvement. Requires a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of global project management experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate ongoing activities between global sites.
- Lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) processes.
- Manage material allocation and inter-site shipping plans.
- Conduct global capacity analysis and planning to ensure business requirements are met.
- Identify operational gaps, provide visibility to management, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate professional discussions, track action items, and drive alignment across local and global teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Production, Supply Chain, Program Management, Engineering, and Quality teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management or an operational/supply chain role in a global environment.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing cross-organizational processes.
- Strong understanding of Planning, Production, Supply Chain, and Capacity Management processes.
- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and gap identification.
- Fluent English, with the ability to lead professional discussions and meetings in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with S&OP/S&OE processes is preferred.
