Lead continuous improvement and project management in logistics, overseeing BI reporting, KPI analysis, and SAP/WMS support to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the continuous improvement framework.
- Build work plans, track execution, and ensure goal achievement.
- Manage logistics and cross-organizational projects.
- Develop and maintain BI reports and operational control tools.
- Manage and analyze division-level KPIs.
- Provide professional support and troubleshooting for SAP and WMS systems.
- Build, document, and maintain professional knowledge base, procedures, and work processes.
Requirements
- Industrial Engineering degree.
- 2 years of experience in industry/logistics.
- Very good command of English (reading, writing, professional conversation).
- Experience with SAP and Power BI.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office.
