Lead multidisciplinary automation projects from initiation to full implementation, managing end-to-end delivery of industrial machinery and automated production lines while collaborating with engineering, quality, operations, and R&D stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from concept to implementation, ensuring objectives, requirements, and successful delivery.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
- Define requirements and prepare technical specifications for all project phases.
- Develop and execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
- Collaborate extensively with stakeholders across Engineering, Quality, Operations, R&D, and other departments.
- Oversee integration of IT and OT system interfaces.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience with automation systems and engineering project management.
- Experience with SOLIDWORKS software.
- High level of English proficiency.
- Familiarity with IT and OT system interfaces.
- Knowledge of pneumatic equipment, PLCs, and industrial robots.
Nice to have
- Experience with vision systems.
