Technical Program Manager
Lead complex software programs for an AI chip platform, coordinating engineering teams and external stakeholders from concept through architecture, silicon bring-up, validation, and delivery. The role is hybrid, with one work-from-home day per week, in Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities
- Lead software initiatives from concept through architecture, silicon bring-up, validation, and delivery.
- Coordinate Software, Hardware, Silicon Validation teams, and external stakeholders.
- Manage deliverables across device drivers, firmware, compilers, runtime libraries, and developer SDKs.
- Coordinate hardware-software interfaces, system bring-up schedules, performance benchmarking, and engineering milestones.
- Drive delivery workflows involving AI/ML frameworks, HPC, and GPU or accelerator toolchains.
- Track dependencies and risks, enforce engineering execution standards, and deliver milestones using Agile/Scrum and CI/CD practices.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Project or Program Manager.
- Prior engineering background in hardware, low-level software, or firmware development.
- Industry experience in semiconductors, chip design, hardware, telecommunications, or cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of hardware-software interfaces, silicon lifecycles, and chip bring-up.
- Practical familiarity with Linux, drivers, firmware, SDKs, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience managing complex engineering dependencies and delivery using Agile/Scrum.
- Strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and written and verbal English communication skills.
- Mandatory bachelor's or academic degree in a technical or engineering field, such as computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering.
