Manage complex programs for autonomous and robotic systems from customer needs and requirements through contracting, implementation, delivery, and ongoing support. Coordinate technical teams, customers, suppliers, and partners while overseeing program finances, schedules, milestones, and quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage programs from customer requirements through delivery and ongoing support
- Plan and oversee work plans, budgets, schedules, milestones, scope, and quality targets
- Manage program pricing, expenditure, and financial progress
- Coordinate customers, suppliers, and partners, including meetings and progress reporting
- Oversee technical progress across systems integrating hardware, software, and algorithms
- Manage subcontractor and supplier deliverables, timelines, and technical compliance
- Develop opportunities with existing and prospective customers
- Coordinate with R&D, production, quality, logistics, procurement, and support teams
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing complex technology programs or projects
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- High-level English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking
- Willingness to travel internationally as project needs require
Nice to have
- Defense industry experience
- Familiarity with autonomy, robotics, and unmanned systems
