Program Manager
Lead multiple multidisciplinary defense and aerospace programs, overseeing customer contracts, delivery, teams, budgets, schedules, risks, and program execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead programs in accordance with customer contracts and manage contractual matters.
- Manage multiple projects with differing customers, requirements, and use cases.
- Serve as the customer interface throughout each program.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment.
- Manage program budgets, revenue, cash flow, schedules, and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate operations, planning, purchasing, and R&D teams.
- Identify program risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Participate in presales and post-sale activities, understanding customer requirements and needs.
- Report program progress to senior management in a timely manner.
- Improve release and development processes for greater efficiency and quality.
- Contribute to organizational roadmap definition.
Requirements
- At least 5 years managing multidisciplinary defense or aerospace programs.
- At least 5 years of customer relations outside Israel, including program management or presales.
- Fluent English, including speaking, writing, and reading.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in physics, electrical, mechanical, aeronautical, or systems engineering.
- Strong experience with program execution methodologies, leadership, and managing operational teams and timelines.
- Proficiency with project management tools, including Microsoft Project.
- Ability to prepare program documentation such as presentations, risk materials, and vendor statements of work.
Nice to have
- Experience in systems engineering, airborne systems, or MIL-STD systems.
- Dual US and Israeli citizenship.
