Lead PMO operations across complex IT and information systems projects at a large financial organization in Central Israel. Full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of PMO professionals.
- Manage planning and control across complex IT and information systems projects.
- Build, manage, and monitor organizational and IT work plans.
- Track project progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Establish and maintain PMO methodologies, processes, and controls.
- Collaborate with technology, business, project, and management stakeholders.
- Prepare project status reports, analyses, and management insights.
- Support budget planning, monitoring, and control.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management with an information systems specialization, or another relevant field.
- At least 6 years of PMO experience on complex information systems projects in large organizations.
- At least 4 years managing PMO teams.
- Experience building and managing organizational work plans, particularly for IT.
- Previous experience in a financial organization.
- Experience with project management and control tools such as Jira, TFS, and MS Project.
Nice to have
- Experience in budget management and control.
