Lead complex multidisciplinary product programs from definition through high-volume manufacturing and sustaining. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution within timelines and budget, ensuring alignment with quality standards and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary products through the entire lifecycle: definition, development, proliferation, manufacturing, and sustaining.
- Drive programs in accordance with product lifecycle processes, ensuring alignment with quality standards and product objectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, and Corporate functions to define and execute program plans.
- Drive field engagement activities and foster alignment with business units and end customers.
- Partner with Manufacturing and Service teams to establish infrastructure, tools, and procedures for assembly, installation, and service delivery.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering or a Scientific discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in development of multidisciplinary systems integrating optics, electronics, algorithms, motion control, and software.
- Strong understanding of System Engineering principles.
- Proven experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and present to senior leadership.
