Responsibilities
- Drive daily product execution from initial idea through delivery
- Translate business needs and workflows into user journeys, product flows, requirements, and specifications
- Prioritize development tasks and resolve day-to-day product questions with developers
- Improve UX and deliver well-tested functionality
- Balance user needs, technical constraints, and commercial outcomes
- Use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and delivery
Requirements
- At least 5 years of product management or product leadership experience
- Experience with SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or other complex digital products
- Experience in a startup or scale-up
- Strong UX judgment and understanding of user behavior
- Experience working directly with developers and turning business needs into actionable tasks
- Commercial thinking and understanding of how product decisions affect revenue
- Able to make independent decisions and take responsibility for outcomes
- Comfortable with limited resources and evolving priorities
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable using AI tools for research, specifications, prototyping, QA, documentation, workflow analysis, and problem-solving
Nice to have
- Experience in travel technology, booking platforms, CRM, payments, or EdTech
