Senior Product Manager, Growth Platforms

Own a product system supporting user acquisition across major social apps. Set product strategy and lead cross-functional teams to develop AI-native capabilities, experiments, and data-informed improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a complex product area, setting its vision, strategy, priorities, and measures of success.
  • Translate AI capabilities into product opportunities; assess tradeoffs, risks, and wider effects, and establish evaluation and data practices.
  • Develop roadmaps and deliver product goals and milestones with engineering, data science, and other partners.
  • Identify investment opportunities, adapt strategy to new evidence, and coordinate priorities and dependencies across teams.
  • Design experiments, analyze results, and use research, market analysis, and model evaluations to guide product decisions.
  • Use AI tools to prototype, validate, or build products and improve team workflows while maintaining quality and accountability.
  • Promote responsible AI practices, experimentation, and effective AI workflows across product teams.
  • Mentor product managers and cross-functional colleagues in AI-native practices.
  • Communicate product strategy and progress clearly, lead technical discussions, and resolve execution challenges.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in technology, product development, or a related field, including at least 3 years in product management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; a STEM-related degree is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience managing products through the full lifecycle and leading cross-functional teams across a product line.
  • Experience developing and scaling AI-native strategies, evaluations, and data strategies across teams.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using AI-enabled tools to create product artifacts.
  • Ability to integrate diverse user and organizational requirements into a coherent product strategy.
  • Experience hiring, leading, and motivating teams and influencing across an organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience interpreting large, complex datasets and using evidence to make decisions.
  • Clear communication of complex and technical topics to varied audiences.
  • Track record of significantly improving product performance and team effectiveness.

Nice to have

  • Experience using AI tools to redesign workflows and deliver measurable efficiency or quality improvements.
  • Ongoing development of AI skills, including prompt or context engineering and agent orchestration.
  • Experience implementing responsible AI practices, including risk assessment, bias mitigation, and quality reviews.
