Own product performance and reliability improvements, using performance metrics, testing, market research, and cross-functional collaboration to improve customer value.
Responsibilities
- Analyze product performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Work with engineering teams to implement performance enhancements.
- Research market benchmarks for product performance.
- Develop and manage performance testing strategies.
- Coordinate with customer support on performance-related issues.
- Prepare detailed product performance reports for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in product management or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing performance metrics.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
