Microsoft Copilot Product Specialist
Own enterprise enablement, governance, adoption, and scaling of Microsoft Copilot capabilities. Manage prioritization, controls, integrations, adoption measurement, and cost optimization while coordinating with enterprise stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Assess Copilot roadmap capabilities and recommend enterprise adoption priorities based on readiness and business value
- Manage the capability backlog, rollout roadmap, and release pipeline
- Coordinate enablement communications, documentation, and adoption materials
- Lead capability assessment, risk review, approval, sign-off, and exception handling with relevant enterprise teams
- Maintain compliance documentation and audit trails
- Define and enforce governance policies and lifecycle controls for agents, connectors, plugins, and data access
- Monitor adoption, platform health, business value, usage, and operational effectiveness through KPIs and reporting
- Manage Copilot consumption, budgets, cost forecasting, and spend optimization
- Govern integrations with enterprise and third-party systems through approved APIs, connectors, plugins, and agent frameworks
- Define and improve demand intake, assessment, prioritization, approval, and roadmap processes
- Coordinate Digital COE and delivery teams and report on demand, challenges, and use cases
- Prepare executive updates, adoption reports, roadmap recommendations, and risk assessments
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience designing, delivering, or governing enterprise-scale AI and agentic solutions
- Current familiarity and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities and extensibility features
- Track record in enterprise governance and cross-functional processes, including security and compliance alignment
- Experience working across IT, Security, Legal, Privacy, and Enterprise Architecture
- Ability to balance innovation with risk management and operational rigor
- Experience defining product, usage, FinOps, and adoption KPIs, along with governance controls
Nice to have
- Experience with AI governance and responsible AI frameworks
- Familiarity with Microsoft agentic platforms
- Experience enabling citizen developers or fusion teams
- Familiarity with enterprise change management and AI adoption programs
