Join a stealth cybersecurity startup as its first product hire. Own product development from discovery through launch, working with founders, researchers, engineers, and early customers. This is an in-person role based in Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities
- Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap from discovery through release and beyond.
- Work with design partners and early customers to understand their needs, workflows, and buying processes.
- Translate offensive research and AI capabilities into product requirements, user experiences, and customer value.
- Partner with R&D and research teams to prioritize work, scope MVPs, and ship through rapid iterations.
- Define success metrics and use customer feedback and data to guide product decisions.
- Shape positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans with the founders; support early sales conversations.
- Establish product processes, tools, and culture as the company grows.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of product management experience in B2B technology, including 3 or more years with cybersecurity products.
- Experience taking a product from 0 to 1; early-stage startup experience is preferred.
- Hands-on software development experience and a strong technical background.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, security buyers, and their workflows.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Able to engage deeply with technical topics while maintaining a customer and business focus.
Nice to have
- Experience with offensive security, AI/LLM products, or agentic systems.
