Own complex technical product features for an AI-powered construction analysis platform, shaping the roadmap and guiding components from research through implementation and operational delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex technical product features
- Contribute to product roadmap decisions based on multiple client needs
- Define and oversee AI and computer vision research tasks with the algorithms team
- Partner with engineering to implement processes, features, and research outputs in the analysis workflow
- Coordinate with operations to improve data processing, validation, and delivery
- Research new data sources, technologies, and client needs
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a software developer, algorithms researcher, data scientist, or AI engineer
- Ability to break down high-level goals, plan initiatives, and lead cross-team execution
- Strong problem-solving and independent execution skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to have
- Familiarity with computer vision algorithms or deep neural networks
- Experience with construction, BIM, or 3D modeling software
