As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead product vision and strategy, plan and execute throughout the product lifecycle, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a scalable SaaS platform. You'll engage with enterprise customers, leverage data to drive decisions, and ensure the platform meets the needs of both internal and external stakeholders in the identity security domain.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a SaaS identity security platform.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, UX, and other product managers to deliver platform capabilities.
- Gather, prioritize, and communicate product requirements, managing backlog and release planning.
- Engage with enterprise customers to understand needs and ensure product satisfaction.
- Leverage data analytics and metrics to build business cases and measure product success.
- Establish and advocate for best practices in SaaS platform product management.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (professional services, R&D teams) to ensure platform adoption and value.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management for SaaS platforms, ideally in cybersecurity or identity management.
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with R&D, UX, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience conducting market research and leveraging insights to drive product strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer and business impact.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging enterprise customers.
- Adaptability and fast learning in complex technological domains.
