Senior Product Manager for autonomous vehicle features. Own product roadmap, requirements, and KPIs. Collaborate with automotive partners and cross-functional teams. Requires B.Sc. in CS/EE, 3+ years technical product management, fluent English and Hebrew.
Responsibilities
- Act as technical product owner for autonomous vehicle features, driving performance and quality goals.
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and business development to define product roadmap and timelines.
- Elicit stakeholder needs and translate them into actionable product specifications.
- Define and monitor data-driven performance KPIs.
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation for internal and external use.
- Support business development in pre-sale and customer onboarding.
- Partner with car manufacturers through workshops, test drives, and product tuning.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration in a matrix environment.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years managing technically complex products.
- Experience with physics, 3D, and physical AI.
- Hands-on software development background.
- Proven customer-facing experience.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and influence skills.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
- Demonstrated ownership of product quality and excellence.
- Results-driven approach with collaboration, integrity, and innovation.
Nice to have
- M.Sc./MBA.
- Computer vision or automotive product experience.
- Previous leadership experience in development management.
