Own a significant product area end-to-end, setting strategy and translating customer and market requirements into a coherent vision, roadmap, and features. Work closely with customers, sales, marketing, designers, and R&D teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and validation discussions with customers to identify pain points and needs
- Own and define the roadmap and feature backlog for assigned product area
- Define products and features, specify use cases, and write requirements/user stories in collaboration with UX designers and R&D
- Work with cross-functional customer-facing teams to advance product development
- Prioritize features and user stories for R&D and collaborate throughout the development lifecycle
- Become product and domain expert through interactions with customers and customer-facing teams
- Collaborate with other Product Managers to share best practices and raise the bar for product craft
- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to shape product strategy and influence organizational priorities
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Product Manager for SaaS B2B Enterprise products for international markets, including end-to-end product area ownership
- Engineering background
- Dynamic, self-motivated, creative thinker with entrepreneurial mindset
- Articulate, confident, self-aware, and personable
- Strong analytical, results-oriented, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and matrix management capabilities
- Strategic thinker able to lead conversations with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- User experience oriented
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Technical knowledge and experience working directly with R&D, able to handle business and technical details
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to travel occasionally (approximately once per quarter) for customer and site visits

- Domain experience in GIS technology and gas or electric utilities
- Experience shipping AI-powered features
- Experience working with AI tools for product work
