Own the end-to-end builder experience and conversational AI product for a security automation platform. Partner with design and engineering to shape intuitive flows, evaluate AI quality, and drive customer research and usage analytics.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end builder experience, from understanding user struggles to shipping intuitive flows.
- Partner closely with Design to turn ambiguity into clear, usable flows.
- Drive the conversational AI product as a first-class part of the platform.
- Define and evaluate AI experience quality metrics and improve continuously.
- Perform customer research and hands-on deep-dives to understand user challenges.
- Analyze usage patterns and feedback to translate signal into engineering requirements.
- Make critical trade-off decisions across experience, capability, and technical design.
- Work closely with engineering to define, develop, and launch new capabilities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years as product manager on SaaS products, or 2+ years PM following engineering role.
- Strong product sense for UX/UI; understanding user pain and shaping experience.
- Genuine interest in AI products and how they earn user trust.
- Technical fluency to work with engineering.
- Data-driven with ability to ask right questions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; can drive teams without direct authority.
- Strong communication across customer, design, engineering.
- Computer Science degree or equivalent technical background.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI/LLM products or agent-based interfaces.
- Experience evaluating product quality with metrics and experimentation.
- Background in security, DevOps, or automation platforms.
- Experience partnering with Design on visual, interaction-rich products.
