Senior Product Manager
Seeking a hands-on Senior Product Manager with 5+ years in B2B SaaS and cybersecurity to own key product areas for an AI-native SOC platform, translating agentic AI into practical, trusted workflows.
Responsibilities
- Become domain expert in AI-driven investigation logic, data integrations, and SOC user journeys.
- Engage with SOC analysts, security leaders, MSSPs, and enterprise customers to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Translate customer needs and market insights into product capabilities, user journeys, UX flows, and prioritized roadmaps.
- Work hands-on with AI tools and user feedback to explore use cases and validate product experiences.
- Partner with AI research and engineering to turn emerging capabilities into practical solutions.
- Define how AI-generated findings, reasoning, and recommendations are presented to security professionals.
- Collaborate with design and engineering to create intuitive experiences for complex security workflows.
- Make informed trade-offs across customer value, scope, quality, timelines, usability, and technical constraints.
- Drive definition, development, and launch of new capabilities and end-to-end product flows.
- Define success criteria and use product data to guide decisions and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership of complex B2B SaaS products.
- Product management experience in cybersecurity or SOC-related domains (SIEM, SOAR, XDR, EDR, MDR, threat detection, incident response, alert triage, investigation, or case management).
- Experience bringing AI-powered, automation-heavy, or decision-support capabilities into real product experiences.
- Experience collaborating with AI research, data science, or machine learning teams to bring AI capabilities into production.
- Practical understanding of generative AI and agentic systems, including capabilities, limitations, and product implications.
- Experience using AI tools to explore ideas and support product decisions.
- Demonstrated experience defining user journeys, workflows, and usability requirements for complex systems.
- Strong product judgment and analytical thinking with ability to define meaningful success criteria.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English, with ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

- Background in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Deep familiarity with SOC analyst workflows, investigation processes, or operational security environments.
