Senior Product Manager
Join a product team within a cybersecurity company to lead core areas of a workspace security platform. You will shape how customers secure users, devices, identities, and SaaS applications, driving cross-product experiences across email, endpoint, browser/SSE, XDR, and identity. This role offers high ownership in a startup-like environment with the scale of a market leader.
Responsibilities
- Work with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand how security teams manage users, identities, devices, and apps in daily workflows.
- Define the workspace security platform vision and roadmap, and own execution for your product areas.
- Define and track KPIs and analytics to understand adoption, user journeys, and effectiveness of security workflows.
- Drive cross-product experiences connecting email, endpoint, browser/SSE, XDR, and identity/ITDR into a coherent workspace story.
- Collaborate with R&D, architecture, data, and UX to translate problems into clear requirements, wireframes, and shipped features.
- Maintain a strong understanding of competitors and adjacent solutions, identifying opportunities to differentiate the platform.
- Represent the product in customer sessions, PoCs, and internal enablement, articulating vision, roadmap, and value.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of shipping complex B2B or security products.
- Outbound experience in cybersecurity is highly desirable.
- Ability to quickly translate customer problems into concepts, flows, and mockups.
- Strong communication skills: able to lead customer conversations, understand needs, negotiate tradeoffs, and present roadmap internally and externally.
- Excellent English, both written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Experience in ITDR, identity protection, identity resolution, or related identity-centric domains.
- Experience in one or more workspace security areas such as email security, endpoint protection/EDR, browser security, SSE/SASE, or XDR.
- Experience and/or solid understanding of security personas (SOC, incident response, IT/security admins, MSPs).
