Senior Power Platform Product Manager
Lead the strategy and enterprise product direction for Power Apps and Power Automate, including platform governance, architecture, enablement, operational excellence, and business value.
Responsibilities
- Define the platform vision, strategy, roadmap, standards, and operating model for Power Apps and Power Automate
- Establish governance frameworks, security guardrails, architecture standards, and lifecycle practices, including environment strategy, DLP, ALM, and release management
- Evaluate new platform capabilities, including AI and Copilot features, and prioritize their introduction
- Create implementation guidance and reusable assets for self-service users, citizen developers, fusion teams, and enterprise development teams
- Improve platform engineering through automation, standardization, observability, self-service, and operational simplification
- Assess and prioritize business demands and platform opportunities; guide delivery models based on complexity, risk, and impact
- Define platform health, compliance, quality, adoption, value, and cost KPIs; use analytics to drive improvements
- Lead FinOps activities, including license optimization, capacity planning, consumption monitoring, and cost transparency
- Represent the platform in architecture reviews and governance forums, partnering with business, architecture, security, legal, and compliance teams
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience across Power Platform, product management, platform engineering, solution architecture, enterprise enablement, or digital transformation
- Hands-on expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors, managed environments, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform governance
- Understanding of enterprise architecture, platform operations, security, compliance, ALM, DevOps, deployment pipelines, source control, and release management
- Experience defining and implementing governance frameworks, operating models, platform standards, and enterprise enablement practices
- Experience with platform telemetry, observability, KPI management, and operational health monitoring
- Ability to influence stakeholders across functions in large, regulated environments
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI-powered automation, and Power Platform CoE practices
- Knowledge of Azure services, integration patterns, APIs, Azure Functions, Databricks, and the Microsoft ecosystem
- Experience with Power Pages and external-facing digital experiences
- Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as PL-600, PL-400, PL-900, or AZ-305
- Experience building reusable enterprise assets, accelerators, templates, and solution frameworks
