Product Manager, SASE Infrastructure
Join a fast-growing cybersecurity startup to own the product roadmap for core SASE infrastructure. You will define and drive the strategy for global PoPs, connectivity, security services (ZTNA, SWG), and partner closely with engineering and enterprise customers to build a trusted network platform.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for SASE infrastructure components: PoP architecture, connectivity, tunnels, routing, and enforcement data plane.
- Translate enterprise network and security requirements into a clear, opinionated product strategy.
- Partner daily with engineering on architecture trade-offs across performance, scale, reliability, and cost.
- Define requirements for ZTNA, SWG, and secure connectivity capabilities, and drive them from spec to GA.
- Work directly with CISOs, Network Architects, and IT leaders to pressure-test the roadmap against real deployments.
- Own metrics for latency, availability, throughput, time-to-deploy, and policy correctness.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineering and Sales on POCs, pilots, and strategic enterprise engagements.
- Track the competitive landscape and sharpen differentiation against incumbent SASE and SSE vendors.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Management, building networking, network security, or cloud infrastructure products.
- Strong technical foundation in networking: TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, TLS, tunneling (IPsec, WireGuard), proxies, and routing.
- Hands-on understanding of SASE, SSE, and Zero Trust architectures, including ZTNA, SWG, CASB, and firewall-as-a-service.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern distributed infrastructure.
- Proven ability to ship complex infrastructure products with engineering teams, from spec to production.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with both engineers and executive stakeholders.
- Comfortable in enterprise customer conversations and technical discovery.
