Join a central growth team responsible for top-of-funnel experiences across major social apps, serving over a billion users monthly. As a Product Manager, you will own end-to-end strategy for one of five connected systems—SEO, performance marketing technology, user routing, mobile web, or logged-out experience—driving measurable growth through AI-native product development and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Identify significant near- and long-term opportunities, driving product mission, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with broader organizational goals.
  • Generate buy-in and drive consensus across organizations, bringing clarity to ambiguous opportunities and executing with limited oversight.
  • Critically evaluate when AI is the optimal solution, setting standards for rigorous tradeoff analysis at the portfolio level.
  • Translate AI capabilities into compelling product visions that define market categories.
  • Champion AI-native strategies, including comprehensive evaluations and data strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Drive product development with engineering and design teams, maintaining team health and coordinating cross-functional resources.
  • Reimagine workflows using AI tools to transform team velocity and capability at organizational scale.
  • Foster a culture of rapid experimentation and learning as a competitive advantage.
  • Scale AI best practices, workflows, and artifacts across the organization.
  • Plan and manage information technology projects for web-based products and platforms.
  • Orchestrate complex execution across multiple organizations, combining AI automation with strategic human oversight.
  • Maximize efficiency in a fluid environment where creative solutions are the norm.
  • Use AI-enabled tools to build products, setting the standard for PM technical capability.
  • Interpret research and state-of-the-art learnings to design product strategy with rigorous logical reasoning.
  • Demonstrate expert understanding of system/architecture trade-offs and their impact on user experience and business outcomes.
  • Lead strategic technical decisions with engineering leadership.
  • Integrate data, usability studies, research, and market analysis into product strategies to enhance user satisfaction and engineer productivity.
  • Express complex technical concepts at the right altitude for various audiences.
  • Understand the company's strategic and competitive position, delivering products recognized as best in the industry.
  • Define and analyze metrics to inform product success, driving decisions through user insights, quantitative analysis, and A/B testing.
  • Design sophisticated experiments and interpret results using AI to drive strategic product decisions.
  • Define and run evaluations to interpret model outputs at scale, establishing evaluation as a strategic capability.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated proficiency using AI-enabled tools to build product artifacts at scale.
  • 10+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, and user research teams.
  • 10+ years of product management and/or product design experience.
  • Experience developing and championing AI-native strategies across organizations.
  • Critical thinking and analytical leadership experience.
  • Experience navigating the full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback, driving prioritization, and managing pre- and post-launch execution.
  • Experience presenting to executive audiences.

Nice to have

  • Experience building or scaling measurement systems, particularly in ads measurement, attribution, or SEO/search optimization.
  • Experience building 0-to-1 products or platform/ecosystem products at significant scale.
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies.
  • Experience operating in a consumer-focused technology company with broad user bases and high-velocity product cycles.
  • Experience coaching or developing other product managers and cross-functional partners on product strategy, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews).
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements).
