Responsibilities
- Define the product roadmap and vision
- Manage the full product cycle from concept to launch
- Research and analyze user needs and competitive landscape
- Define user flows and create wireframes
- Collaborate with product designers, analysts, and developers throughout development
Requirements
- 2-3 years of product management experience in a SaaS or fintech company
- Experience with web and mobile product development in an agile environment
- Self-driven with ability to lead initiatives and manage projects end-to-end
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in communication-related domains such as TimeClock, Payroll, or Time-Off systems
- Experience with third-party integrations and APIs
