Responsibilities
- Lead products from discovery to launch, defining strategy, owning the roadmap, and translating business goals into clear product requirements
- Run multiple projects in parallel using Agile/Scrum, managing timelines, risks, and stakeholders
- Work with clients to understand needs, lead status meetings, and turn conversations into actionable specs
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
Requirements
- 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira and Monday
- Strong product sense with focus on business value, user needs, and success metrics
- Excellent written specs, making complex concepts simple
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and juggling multiple projects
Nice to have
- AI orientation, using Claude/GPT in day-to-day work
- Experience shipping GenAI-based features or products
- Background in a digital agency or project-based company
- Fluent Hebrew and English
