Product Manager
We are looking for a Product Manager to own the end-to-end document lifecycle on a B2B SaaS platform for home renovation professionals. You will translate complex operational workflows into intuitive product experiences, enabling pros to manage bids, estimates, purchase orders, change orders, and invoicing with precision. Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end document journey from customer lead to final paid invoice, translating business challenges into product strategies.
- Build features that provide real-time visibility into how change orders, purchase orders, and scope adjustments impact project margins.
- Ensure financial documents and transaction flows maintain strict data accuracy and align with the platform’s unified data model.
- Partner with Payments, Reporting, Accounting, and Core Platform teams to streamline document automation and deliver unified business insights.
- Write clear PRDs, manage backlogs, and lead sprint planning to ship high-impact features that boost efficiency and retention.
- Define and track core performance metrics such as feature adoption, document completion speed, and workflow conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Product Design and users to turn multi-step administrative processes into intuitive, frictionless experiences.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Product Management experience owning complex, multi-step B2B SaaS workflows.
- Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, and Support.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage quantitative data and product analytics to optimize user journeys and system performance.
- Strong aptitude for data modeling, workflow logic, status transitions, and handling edge cases across complex platform architecture.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to collaborate effectively with global development teams and international customers.
Nice to have
- Baseline understanding of US business accounting workflows, job costing, or sales tax concepts.
- Experience with invoicing, AP/AR workflows, billing, or ERP integrations (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Familiarity with home construction, remodeling, or trade business operations.
