Lead Product Manager
Own the lifecycle and strategy of an AI-enabled SaaS platform and marketplace for mechanical procurement and sourcing. Partner with company leadership, engineering, design, sales, operations, and customers to turn complex needs into scalable product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, requirements, prioritization, and delivery
- Lead product discovery, validation, development, launch, and iteration
- Identify AI opportunities and shape useful AI-enabled product experiences and workflows
- Research customer needs and translate feedback, business priorities, and market opportunities into product solutions
- Define product specifications, user stories, workflows, and success criteria
- Lead enterprise system integrations and account for APIs, data flows, dependencies, and technical tradeoffs
- Coordinate backlog prioritization and sprint planning with engineering
- Track product performance and improve the platform using data, customer feedback, and market insights
Requirements
- At least 5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Experience owning complex products from discovery through production
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their integration into software products
- Hands-on use of AI tools for product work, research, analysis, automation, or prototyping
- Technical understanding and ability to work closely with engineering teams
- Ability to translate complex customer and business needs into scalable product solutions
- Strong product discovery, prioritization, and execution skills
Nice to have
- Experience in procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics
- Familiarity with custom manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, sheet metal, casting, or injection molding
- Experience with marketplaces, two-sided platforms, AI-native products, LLMs, AI agents, automation tools, or complex enterprise integrations
- Strong UX/UI instincts and experience in an early-stage company
