Lead product management for an AI-powered fraud detection and analytics platform, focusing on automating analytical processes, working with data science and operations teams to enhance performance, and driving strategic roadmap for eCommerce fraud prevention.
Responsibilities
- Build next generation analytics performance platform for automation and optimization.
- Collaborate with analytics and operations teams to define needs and solutions.
- Partner with Data Science to translate requirements into ML-based fraud detection capabilities.
- Work with clients to understand business needs and define solutions.
- Own the product roadmap and manage end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Define and track KPIs for solution accuracy and impact.
- Lead planning, scoping, and prioritization of new capabilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience with complex data/analytics solutions.
- Experience with operational teams as users in analytics-based B2B product.
- Ability to design complex system UI and intuitive UX.
- Fast learner with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI-based products and technologies.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or relevant degree.
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring fellow product managers.
- Experience in SaaS companies in a B2B setting.
- Experience with eCommerce, FinTech, Online Payments, Fraud.
