Lead the vision, strategy, and growth of browser security and SaaS data loss prevention products at a global SaaS security company.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, long-term strategy, and roadmap based on market trends, customer needs, and business goals
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify product opportunities
- Gather customer and stakeholder needs and translate them into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with engineering, design, quality assurance, and operations to develop and deliver products
- Lead agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
- Coordinate product reviews, monitor progress, and resolve development issues
- Develop product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market plans with sales and marketing
- Support launches, customer demonstrations, webinars, and training
- Monitor product performance, usage, and customer feedback to guide improvements
- Prioritize bug fixes, enhancements, and feature requests with engineering and customer success teams
Requirements
- At least 7 years of product management experience at security companies
- Proven experience leading a browser security product
- Experience leading a product at a fast-growing startup
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and market trends
- Strong business orientation and ability to connect product decisions to revenue, growth, and customer value
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including translating complex technical concepts into user-friendly solutions
- Track record of collaborating with engineering teams and delivering quality products on time
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
- Familiarity with agile development methods and product management tools
