Join a global fintech company as an AI Product Owner to lead the transformation of complex workflows into scalable AI solutions. You will bridge business stakeholders and AI engineers, driving process analysis, agentic opportunity identification, and solution design to deliver measurable business value across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to map, document, and analyze existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
- Conduct discovery sessions and workshops to understand business needs, pain points, and success criteria.
- Evaluate workflows to identify where agentic and AI-driven approaches can deliver the most value.
- Maintain a prioritized pipeline of AI/agentic opportunities, assessing feasibility, complexity, and impact.
- Define and quantify expected business value of proposed solutions and build business cases for investment.
- Establish success metrics and KPIs, and track realized value post-implementation.
- Translate business requirements into clear solution designs, including agentic process flows, decision logic, and integration points.
- Define guardrails, escalation paths, and fallback behaviors for safe and reliable solutions.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and AI engineers, translating business intent into technical requirements.
- Own the product backlog, prioritize features, and communicate scope, trade-offs, and timelines.
- Guide solutions through the full lifecycle from concept to deployment, supporting testing, validation, and change management.
- Gather feedback, monitor performance, and drive continuous refinement of deployed solutions.
- Identify reusable patterns, components, and best practices to scale successful solutions across the organization.
- Contribute to governance frameworks, documentation standards, and design principles for AI/agentic product development.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, technical/process consulting, or operations roles with hands-on experience decomposing real workflows.
- AI and automation literacy, understanding what agentic AI can and cannot do, with the ability to challenge AI engineers' assumptions.
- Experience working on at least one AI or automation project.
- Strong data fluency, comfortable pulling and analyzing activity data using SQL, Excel, and basic Python or notebook tools.
- Executive communication skills, able to write and present to senior business stakeholders at VP level and above.
- Ability to own analysis deliverables independently.
- Process-design or operations background in a domain with real workflow complexity, such as financial services, operations, or customer success.
Nice to have
- Experience in payments or another regulated industry.
- Prior experience on an AI delivery team or within a large-scale digital transformation program.
