Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team.
- Guide technical delivery, system architecture, and hands-on Python development.
- Design distributed services for real-time network traffic and high-throughput data ingestion.
- Promote continuous integration, clean code, and AI-assisted development practices.
- Work with product management, security researchers, and system architects to turn security needs into scalable product capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing R&D teams.
- At least 5 years of backend engineering experience, including designing and building complex systems in Python.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP/S, SSH, and RDP, and cybersecurity concepts including zero trust, identity management, access control, and encryption.
- Experience designing and scaling distributed, high-availability systems that process real-time data.
- Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, or equivalent.
- Experience leading teams across backend, frontend, and QA.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
