Lead managers and specialist teams responsible for core IT infrastructure at a large healthcare organization. Own infrastructure reliability and continuity, data center environments, technology strategy, and major infrastructure initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead managers and technical teams across core infrastructure, storage, virtualization, backup, IBM Power/AS400, and SAP.
- Maintain infrastructure availability, resilience, and continuity.
- Manage data center environments and lead business continuity and disaster recovery processes.
- Set technology strategy and roadmaps.
- Manage vendors and lead modernization, automation, and efficiency initiatives.
- Lead significant technology projects.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure.
- At least 5 years of experience managing managers and leading technical teams.
- Significant experience with server, storage, virtualization, and backup infrastructure.
- Experience with IBM Power/AS400 and SAP/SAP HANA environments.
- Experience managing data centers, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning.
- Systems thinking, business perspective, and the ability to lead complex projects and work across multiple stakeholders.
