Lead a technology team supporting enterprise systems and infrastructure at a large medical organization. The role combines team management with operational leadership across systems, DevOps, security, and hybrid cloud environments. Work is hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of more than five technology professionals, including work planning, coaching, training, feedback, and goal setting.
- Lead system and infrastructure operations, including troubleshooting complex incidents, system installations, and upgrades.
- Improve organizational workflows and coordinate with development, security, monitoring and control, project, systems analysis, user, and infrastructure teams.
- Guide and oversee DevOps and SecOps processes, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and security controls in infrastructure.
- Plan and lead solutions across hybrid and public cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Requirements
- At least four years of proven experience managing a technology team.
- Experience in an organization with more than 1,500 users and 300 servers.
- Experience managing multi-task work plans.
- Hands-on experience with multicloud environments, VMware, and Azure.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, Active Directory Domain Services, and related enterprise infrastructure.
- Knowledge of information security infrastructure, F5, and Check Point.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating systems.
- Practical experience with DevOps in hybrid environments.
- Experience working with development, information security, external vendor, and PMO teams.
