A growing international pharmaceutical company is seeking a hands-on Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst to help design, analyze, and improve global total rewards programs across multiple countries.
Responsibilities
- Conduct global salary and benefits benchmarking using market data and internal analytics.
- Support annual compensation reviews through data validation, modeling, guideline distribution, and incentive planning.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for compensation, benefits, and workforce analytics.
- Manage global career architecture, salary structures, and pay policies across geographies and levels.
- Support base salary, short-term incentive, and long-term incentive planning, calculation, communication, and payment.
- Support health, retirement, wellbeing, and other benefits programs to promote consistency, cost effectiveness, compliance, and employee value.
- Monitor global and local regulations and maintain data integrity in HR systems.
- Contribute to the rollout and continuous improvement of global total rewards programs.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, IT, legal, and other internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in total rewards or compensation and benefits, preferably in global organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach.
Nice to have
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
- Experience working with senior management.
- MBA or master’s degree in a relevant field.
