Seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own the full planning cycle and bridge Finance and IT. Leverage Workday Adaptive Planning and AI to automate processes, enhance forecasting, and deliver actionable insights through Power BI dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models, data loaders, dimensions, and user access
- Drive the full FP&A cycle: budgeting, forecasting, headcount, and sales incentive models
- Ensure data accuracy across R2R and FP&A processes; support month/quarter-end close
- Maintain data integrations between source systems, Workday Financials, and BI tools
- Develop and maintain Power BI financial dashboards for corporate services
- Lead AI and automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve forecast accuracy
- Manage system enhancements and partner on new entity rollouts
Requirements
- 5+ years in IT business analysis or Finance/Accounting with strong systems involvement
- Deep knowledge of R2R and FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, period close)
- Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or equivalent (Anaplan, Planful)
- Proven track record of driving automation or process improvement in finance
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Advanced Excel; accounting knowledge (GL, consolidation)
- Experience with AI tools for planning automation
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
